TIER REQUIREMENTS DISCOUNT
TIER 1 Awarded after 10 hours of service 5%
TIER 2 Awarded after 25 hours of service 10%
TIER 3 Awarded after 50 hours of service 15%
TIER 4
 Awarded after 100 hours of service 20%

We reward our returning customers through special Discounted Rates as posted above, which means great rates for our frequent and small business clients.

Members of specific industries are automatically eligible for VIP TIER 2 on day one. Click here to see if you qualify.

Unlike other companies, your overall tenure from day one applies rather than on a monthly basis. That means you don't have to keep up 10 hours per month to retain a VIP TIER 1 level, and once you've reached 25 hours you will be at VIP TIER 2.

We also allow group billing for this purpose, so in the instance of Realtors or Commercial Fishermen, if you get a group together we will apply the VIP discount level to everyone.
