There is a minimum charge of one half hour per visit, along with fair 15 minute increments thereafter.

- If we can’t fix it, we can’t bill you, simple as that. Even if we do a diagnostic for you…if there’s no viable solution we will not charge you for our time.
- Backups are second nature to us – if there’s any possibility your system could lose files, we act in a proactive manner to ensure they are backed up in advance for you
- Local Pick Up and Delivery is free to Richmond and South Vancouver. On occasion we may schedule work for multiple customers outside the normal free delivery zone therefore extending free transportation for your computer
- 24-48 hour turnaround time for major system work – often we fix it the same day depending on load
